“This place is awesome. I bought a hoodie a couple of days ago. The employee that helped me was very helpful and very patient. This store had a huge variety of clothes and sneakers and I loved that they have a used section in case you wanted to save a little money. They also had very good prices for everything. “I lived in Milwaukee for 6 years and somehow never visited this store. Now that I’m out of state, of course I discovered their sneaker collection 🙃. I’ve ordered a couple of pairs of shoes from them and the shipping is crazy fast. Like UPS has the items and tracking number next day. Being in Minnesota, I’m getting my orders within two days of ordering. Everything has been carefully packed. Products are great. Next time I’m in town, I’m definitely going to visit the actual store. Highly recommend and I’m super disappointed I didn’t check them out sooner”

“I've been on a hunt for a pair of cute, comfortable silver heels for my friend's wedding (and you know how hard it can be to find comfortable silver heels that aren't costume-y or cute silver heels that are actually comfortable). Online, I saw this location had the cutest pair w/ pillow walk cushions in my size. So, I called this location and spoke with Angel and he was more than happy to put an 8 and 8.5 to the side for me to try on in-store. Walking in, I saw this store is so conveniently located and has a gorgeous selection of shoes and purses!! I was able to try on both pairs with ease and get my right size. I mentioned that it felt a lil tight around my pinky toe. I was able to buy my shoes and have them stretched overnight and ready for pick-up at 5:30. The next day, I came early around 2:30, and my shoes were already ready! And they felt PERFECT! Angel was so attentive without being overbearing! And the other staff there were so kind too! Love this store and the staff; I will definitely be back!”

“HIGHLY recommend! It’s a great little store with very nice quality options (but not overwhelming). The shoes and boots I’ve bought here get a lot of use and are standing the test of time. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. The cobbler is awesome, too—I recently broke an ankle strap on a pair of sandals and they had it fixed in 2 days. It looks perfect and was inexpensive. Definitely a gem of a store; they will continue to get my business. Thank you!”

“I absolutely love this store. I recommend it to anyone who needs steel toes or other work boots or shoes. They have a terrific selection, the staff is very knowledgeable, and the pricing is extremely fair. Way less costly than anywhere I have seen. Everyone in my family has work boots from this shop and we have never had a bad experience. You cannot go wrong shopping here. It's important to note that I walked in wearing a t-shirt and yoga pants, definitely not looking like the type to come in and buy a designer gown. Constance immediately greeted me, and once she asked a few questions, she started choosing gowns for me to try. I had a blast, she made me feel beautiful and comfortable. The dress I chose is not one I would have picked for myself, but it is perfect. Alterations were done quickly and I could not be happier. I cannot recommend Gigi's enough, fabulous.”

When i don't particularly like a suit in the store, the woman who works there provides me with many more options that are available as custom order, and for a fair price too!”

“I came in a few weeks ago to get some new shoes and had the BEST service ever. Kwan helped me out, and I will always go back to this location specifically for them! They were patient, helpful and solution focused when what I wanted wasn't in stock. I went to Journey's in Southridge a few days ago and since having a 5 star customer service experience with Kwan, this didn't even compare. To be honest, the Southridge people didn't even get off their stools behind the counter to greet me. Mayfair is a farther drive for me but one I am willing to make for the level of service I received! They definitely need a raise and a big pat on the back! Thanks Kwan, you're the best!”
