I went in today for a regular oil change, and a very kind worker offered to fix the annoying rattling noise under my car free of charge! I was shocked!!! I spent under $40 today with the Sunday coupons on their website. I was truly out in 15 minutes or less! You guys are awesome!! I’ll NEVER go to a different place.”
“Michael is the MAN! Professional, fast, easy. They were able to procure two new truck doors for me despite some supply issues and they were able to work around my schedule since this was a business vehicle. I spent 6 hours going from shop to shop from Wind Lake, Franklin, Hales Corners and every estimate process I went through at other shops was far too tedious or they wanted me to come back 3 days later. Will be bringing all my damaged plow trucks here from now on.”

Long story short, I needed to get 4 tires asap plus oil change ? I shopped around all these different stores trying to find the best deal and needless to say, it was very overwhelming especially with being a female not knowing much about cars. Every single store I called or went to I would get a huge spiel and be told that there was way more things that needed to be done with my car, or I’d have to wait weeks because, I had an unusual tire. Finally came across A&A Tires reached out them, spoke with a kind gentleman who was able to answer all my questions and got me right away to fix my car that same day I can’t thank them enough ?❤️

Recently went through a horrible situation where an oil change place ruined our transmission, it was the worst process, but this company stood by our side, documented the damage throughly and stood up for us. I truly believe if we had gone anywhere else, we would not have had the exceptional level of care and may have not won our case to the extent we did, even though a large company would end up paying for it, they never overcharged and gave honest and fair prices and consistently went above and beyond for us and our car. “This place is incredible. They did a free inspection during my oil change and gave me photos of everything. They prioritized what things were urgent vs not urgent and explained why there is a problem and why it may or may not be urgent. Prices are very accurate to what the parts cost and how much labor is involved. As a young woman, it is hard to find a good mechanic but I trust Tech Way Auto 100%. I can't recommend them enough!!!!”

“I came here for a second opinion on a few different matters. A different shop tried to scare me into spending about $2k to repair a bunch of things.
Kusch's gave me peace of mind. They told me it's nothing that I needed to fix all at once, and I was able to walk out of there spending under $100.
I will certainly be coming back here for future check ups. The staff was friendly, and they even gave me a loaner car to use for the day so that I could get to work. They were timely, and provided me with information about my car that I didn't know before.
I hope they do emissions tests again soon!”
