I had trouble finding a rental car at the airport, but Sarah at the Greenfield, WI Enterprise location completely saved the day. She helped me over the phone, quickly found a vehicle for me, and even offered hotel pickup—which was a huge help!
Within an hour, I was on the road with a clean, ready-to-go vehicle and a great weekly rate. Sarah made the rental process fast and seamless, and adjusting my return time later on was just as easy with a quick phone call.

“Stopped here reasonably to see about emissions testing! I was told they started at one o'clock till closing! I was there too early on this day so I decided I would come back well I just happened to drive by today Friday July 27th at one thirty stopped with only two cars ahead of me! I was out of there within twenty minutes and on my way! Won't the West Allis police department be happy with me ?”
“Last Thursday one of my tires on my car went flat on the interstate. At the closest exit I pulled into Ochs Auto Body shop. The gentleman in the shop quickly and cheerfully assisted me by replacing the damaged tire with my spare. He truly saved the day and I am forever grateful!”
“I finally got a brand-new car yahoo. Everything was good until I locked the fob in the rear and the door would not open. Called customer service and they said they would help. Nothing but text messages and calls for the next 4.5 hours. Meanwhile called AAA and they were not much help but after 4 hours they finally sent someone. National charged me $75 for the service which I agreed to, but they never showed up, so I had that removed when I returned the car. This could have all been resolved if only ONSTAR had been activated. Meanwhile I missed out on part of my High School reunion activities. Note I have been with National for 20 some years and this is the first time I had a hiccup.”

“Highly recommend the option to skip the counter. Book online and take care of all of your paperwork before you even land in MKE. Great counter staff and kind knowledgeable folks who take you to your car if you've never done the skip the counter thingy. Had to chuckle at myself for making assumptions: I chose a 2025 Honda Civic and while it took me 5 minutes or so, I finally learned how to use a push button start. Lol. You CAN teach old cats new tricks! Great, seamless experience. Y'all rock.”

“The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, Could use a car wash. Lane assist and backup camera are just a couple of features this Zipcar has to offer.At first the check engine light was on and I was on the phone with Customer Support. After some troubleshooting, which wasn't working, she tried one thing on her end and got the car started remotely! It was honestly pretty impressive.”

“We use this location every time we have rented a car, which is more then most...Thomas has helped us many times and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help us. One Saturday Morning it was very busy but Thomas kept his cool and did his best to give us and everyone else there, his best customer service. “Went in past pick up time due to delay at home and upon arrival there were no cars available due to increased needs from floods. Christian got us into a vehicle despite shortage of vehicles and computer system shutting down. The staff here remained positive and professional during this frustrating time with a long line of customers. The entire staff needs a raise. I would use Hertz rentals again based off this experience alone. Thank you!”

“The owner, Moe, is fantastic! He's an excellent mechanic, is very reasonably priced, doesn't charge you with unnecessary repairs, and explains what is wrong very clearly. He's very outgoing and knows stuff. My husband and I have gone to him for over 3 years now and he's helped us purchase my husband's car. He sells cars and repairs them.
