“Just want to give a shout out to these guys for hooking me up with my first road bike. The owner set me up with what I believe to be a pretty sweet deal on a used bike. Got me new tires, clipless pedals, shoes, a basic fitment done, along with adjusting the stem/bars for me.
I'm pretty happy with the bike and the service. I took it home, cleaned it up a bit and lubed the chain. I then set a 10mile PR on my first ride with the new bike, so mission accomplished! The bike I got just so happen to pretty much be exactly what I was looking for in terms of riding style and fit.
Alex is awesome as well. I had some concerns about the bottom bracket and took it in. Alex Disassembled it Infront of me and inspected it ensuring me that it was okay. That was very much appreciated as I realize it was a used bike and was not expecting a warranty type service encounter.
I don't think they do much used bike sales, so it's sort of hit or miss with what they have in terms of used stock.
Their new bike stock is impressive with a wide variety to choose from, and they have a nice selection of new cycling accessories and clothing as well.”

Visiting from Alaska - my son is attending the Jr. Gold tourney in Green Bay. We came early to visit with fam in MKE.
Stopped here to get a couple balls x'd. It was the first pro shop that my son had seen that wasn't attached to an alley. Learned it's one of the only stand alone pro-shops in MKE area.
Balls got taken care of in a matter of minutes... when my son asked how much, Dave said no charge.
My son was so appreciative of his hospitality and the conversation they had.
Would highly recommend stopping by and checking out this shop.

“On Tuesday 11/25/2025 I went to West town Archery needing a Retention spring to hold down the bolt for my mission crossbow(10 years old). It was not easily found being off such an older model. One of the owners Fred looked up, down, and around all over the store to find one for me but to no avail. I needed it for a hunt the next day, so Fred remembered he had a bow that was out of commission in the back with the same part. He dismantled that bow and put the retention spring on my crossbow and did all the labor free no questions asked! Fred saved the day and my Holiday hunt!! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service going above and beyond!! I will be back with any and all of my Archery needs!!??”

“This store used to be my Grandpa's and is now run by my Uncle Tim who is also a great guy. You can get all your Police supply needs here! It's part of Muskego's history. Great little store. It's exactly how I remember it as a child too. The memories I have coming here to see my grandpa Sony are sparked every time I walk in the door.”

He helped me find the perfect shoe that suited my foot and goals for running in them! This process was very smooth and I left very comfortable and educated about my decision! “I called the Brookfield REI Bike Service department and spoke with Remco about the metallic sound I was hearing when I rode my gravel bike. She asked me several questions and we determined that I needed to bring my bike in, which I did. Once at the store, Remco immediately began the process to diagnose the source of the noise. After a few short minutes she determined the source of the noise, a cable. In addition to resolving this problem she informed me that my wheels would need warranty service to meet the manufacturing specifications. My bike was expected to be done within a few days but the service was done in one day!!! I have since ridden my bike and the problem was resolved! Thank you Remco for the great customer service!!!!!
