Visiting from Alaska - my son is attending the Jr. Gold tourney in Green Bay. We came early to visit with fam in MKE.
Stopped here to get a couple balls x'd. It was the first pro shop that my son had seen that wasn't attached to an alley. Learned it's one of the only stand alone pro-shops in MKE area.
Balls got taken care of in a matter of minutes... when my son asked how much, Dave said no charge.
My son was so appreciative of his hospitality and the conversation they had.
Would highly recommend stopping by and checking out this shop.

“I have been to a handful of different dive shops in the SE Wisconsin area, and Aquatic Adventures blows them out of the water every time!
To start, they are the most organized and professional dive shop around. After having experience with other dive shops in the local area, I can tell Aquatic adventures is very established and up to date with their business. I don’t have to worry that they will lose our information or forget anything with their process of running their shop! It’s a great sense of peace that we will be able to trust them with future trips, purchases, and classes.
The customer service we received from both Jonah and Jenny was fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and took the time out of their busy season-in the midst of planning a huge event- to answer all my questions and share their personal experience with me. And I know that any one of the Aquatic Adventures staff would be happy to help too! A very friendly and personable staff, who is there to help and support you with your dive needs.
My husband and I had a blast at the annual picnic over the weekend! The team did a great job setting up a super fun event with a treasure hunt dive, incredible food, and more fun diving after lunch where we got to meet like-minded people practicing skills and diving together. I was very impressed with their careful attention with our gear and rental equipment, and they were very gracious in helping us when we realized we forgot an important piece while at the event. I was even the lucky winner during the treasure dive, of a brand new BCD, which is incredible seeing as how my old BCD needed a hose that they no longer make, requiring me to have to rent one from the shop. Though the BCD I rent was comfortable and I enjoyed using theirs, it is so wonderful to have my very own that fits me perfectly! (Thank you to the Cressi sponsor for providing such a great blessing to our scuba gear!) I am so thankful to Aquatic Adventures for setting up this event because it is so hard to find friends who enjoy diving in the area. We were able to meet new people and even began planning our next dive together!
This dive shop is the best around, and worth the 50 min drive for us coming from Racine. We are thrilled to frequent Aquatic Adventures and look forward to returning for many more dive trips, classes, and the annual picnic!”

“Noelle was extremely helpful, attentive, and objective when educating us on softball equipment and gear. The store can be intimidating if you’re not comfortable in that environment. They gave me a fantastic price and were very upfront about it being a demo model. Everything on the kayak works perfectly so far. “I called the Brookfield REI Bike Service department and spoke with Remco about the metallic sound I was hearing when I rode my gravel bike. She asked me several questions and we determined that I needed to bring my bike in, which I did. Once at the store, Remco immediately began the process to diagnose the source of the noise. After a few short minutes she determined the source of the noise, a cable. In addition to resolving this problem she informed me that my wheels would need warranty service to meet the manufacturing specifications. My bike was expected to be done within a few days but the service was done in one day!!! I have since ridden my bike and the problem was resolved! Thank you Remco for the great customer service!!!!!
