“Our experience was excellent. Nate was so patient and helpful as we picked out two new phones for my parents. He showed us the options and explained things to help my parents understand the devices, and got everything transferred to the new phones. He also took a few minutes to put a new liquid screen saver on my phone. The rough part was how he had to deal with multiple people who came in and said they had set up an appointment. Apparently, this door doesn't accept appointments, but the Verizon website sets them anyway. He handled it amazingly well, professionally and factually, but it was a little stressful for us.”
