“I came into the Co KK store to see if my Group Messages could be fixed. I've had my phone since 2018, I'm a loyal customer since 1980s. I had been waiting to upgrade my phone but couldn't afford one until now. The phone I bought was half off, perfect timing with my birthday in 4 days. They (Cooper and Doug) did not pressure me, at all, helped me purchase everything I needed for my phone and set me up transferring everything from my old phone to the new and did not lose any of my data. I will continue to be a loyal customer and patronize this store again. Best customer service and experience!”

Not only did he get me credited back that $$$ but he also saved me $ on my bill by switching my plan on one of my lines.
