“I wasn't hopeful on how our day would go when upgrading to new phones. We never dealt with T-Mobile until US Cellular forced us to. It was so busy in the store, but glad we waited. Chris was so helpful and informative. I could tell he's been in this business awhile from his exceptional professionalism and ease when answering our many questions. The other employees seemed professional too; but my one-on-one with Chris went easy. And fast! He was so kind and patient with my Mom too. I felt good about our experience at the store and what decisions we made. All because Chris did his job and then some. Thank you!”

“We have been with Spectrum for over 30 years for cable. For cell service I was with US Cellular for over 28 years starting with the old bag phone and they did me dirty. I looked around. The Spectrum Store in Kohler, Wisconsin is the reason I switched to Spectrum for cell service since they had the best deal But the people were fantastic and they listened, understood and knowledgeable. They were versatile on Samsung phones. I was just in since we purchased the new Samsung Folds. Again the Kohler Store didn't disappoint me. They were Fantastic as always.”

“Chad was super awesome plus the team. They helped me with getting my new phone. Also, got a month to try it out This internet that they have. They gave me a good deal. You know thinking that I wasn't gonna get anything that I was just gonna get this iPhone 14 and keep my other device that was damage from just aging. Chad completely understood that if you like you're android, and you don't want to switch to and Iso and he respects that which made me feel more comfortable going in there. Versus um and I'm just saying, oh, here you want this, and then they push it off to you as people that's just what you want. And that's it, you know, like, they know what they're they're doing. I respect that they listen to you. They find solutions to help you out. A lot of good guys. They were awesome, most appreciated. I would recommend people but if you like your own carrier, it's all good too. You know T-Mobile, they have good deals out. Take advantage of it.”
