You know thinking that I wasn't gonna get anything that I was just gonna get this iPhone 14 and keep my other device that was damage from just aging. Chad completely understood that if you like you're android, and you don't want to switch to and Iso and he respects that which made me feel more comfortable going in there. Versus um and I'm just saying, oh, here you want this, and then they push it off to you as people that's just what you want. And that's it, you know, like, they know what they're they're doing. I respect that they listen to you. They find solutions to help you out. A lot of good guys. They were awesome, most appreciated. I would recommend people but if you like your own carrier, it's all good too. You know T-Mobile, they have good deals out. Take advantage of it.”

He offered net svcs asking all the right questions and probing for what's special to this customer's needs & not a pushy lengthy explain of anything. He stayed on task & was even accurate about how long it would take to transition information off the phone. So yeah, you have time to go grab a bite to eat at one of the local steakhouses, etc. They were very organized there at Sheboygan area store. Lines moved fast.”
