They do an excellent job building relationships with the people who come to Old Nat, and it is wonderful to see. The customer service was on point. If you absolutely have to use Old National, use this branch. The people will not disappoint. That said, I am closing my account with Old Nat because of issues with the remote IT mobile banking service and the limited hours of operation.”

Their interest rates were just right for me and my financial situation so I stopped in at the local east towne branch and made the account with an employee there named Suzanne.
