“WOW! Let me tell you about Jessica Hill and JoJo. What customer service dud they give me. My checking account was completely messed up. Which was my fault. I was working with Jessica for a couple of days and then she decided the best way to handle the account was to close it and transferred me too the Pewaukee branch where I met JoJo who handled getting my account closed and opening a new account and they both waived all my fees. I was seen quickly- and account was easily closed and all questions I had about the next account were answered. They called over to this branch and the manager, Courtney, said if we came over she’d be happy to help us. Courtney was very kind and knowledgeable. She explained all of our options for checking accounts, as well as all the resources available through Chase. She was helpful, but not pushy (e.g., about credit cards, investing, etc.). We were able to get our account opened and all set up and it was very easy. I highly recommend this branch and, in particular, Courtney!”

“Pretty straight forward branch with basic services. Not the place to go for all banking services. So just set your expectations that you’re not necessarily going to do a mortgage application there or foreign currency exchange. Friendly tellers. I’m not big on idle chit chat like “so what are you going to do for the weekend?” so I could do without that.”
“Excellent experience. Jesus first corresponded with me via email in a timely and professional manner. We had a very complex and stressful situation and he answered every one of my questions clearly. He also asked the higher ups when he didn't know the answer and reported back quickly. When I came in to the branch, everything he said was done, was (a rarity) and the rest of our dealings went off without a hitch. His calm and friendly demeanor was refreshing. The follow up after our meeting was timely and he did everything that he promised. He even looped in a supervisor when he knew he wasn't going to be in the office.
Good customer service is unfortunately rare these days. I truly felt like Jesus prepared for our meeting and didn't waste my time which was so incredibly appreciated.”
