“I went in to close an account and ask other questions for a new type of account. I was greeted promptly and offered a refreshment. I was seen quickly- and account was easily closed and all questions I had about the next account were answered. When I was leaving, all employees there thanked me for coming in and were polite, professional and I have never had an experience like this. So just set your expectations that you’re not necessarily going to do a mortgage application there or foreign currency exchange. Friendly tellers. They called over to this branch and the manager, Courtney, said if we came over she’d be happy to help us. Courtney was very kind and knowledgeable. She explained all of our options for checking accounts, as well as all the resources available through Chase. She was helpful, but not pushy (e.g., about credit cards, investing, etc.). We were able to get our account opened and all set up and it was very easy. I highly recommend this branch and, in particular, Courtney!”
