The store has a great layout making it easy to locate the items you are looking for. I enjoy looking at their dog treat options. They carry a good variety of high quality brands. They also have fun cat toys up by the check out. This time I grabbed a bouncy ball with a few feathers attached. The staff member checking me out said cats enjoy playing with this toy on the stairs and that's exactly what my cats did. It's their new favorite toy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They greeted my dog with a treat when we walked in. I always enjoy a good pet store, especially MadCat.

The towels for drying were heated, adding an extra touch of comfort. The provided combs and grooming supplies made the task effortless, and the final fur spray left him smelling delightful.

Ppl suggested we bring her to daycare once a week. We tried out DHU and they really met her where she was at when she arrived. She was so scared the first day and barely left her crate. Now months later, it is INCREDIBLE how much she's grown. The DHU employees are so kind and worked so hard to help her come out of her shell. She now runs to the door once she knows we are going there!!! She plays all day and we feel so confident she is safe and loved while there. Wish I could give more stars. She came to our home and was so sweet, soft-spoken, and incredibly gentle with Louie. The love, respect, and compassion she showed him — and us — made the entire process as peaceful as it could possibly be. It was clear she genuinely cares about the pets and families she serves.
Dr. Carrie also has an amazing setup and incredible support system in place even after that day. She sent a thoughtful “how to handle grief” email filled with helpful resources — book recommendations for both children and adults, audio options, support groups, and even one-on-one support from her colleague who is certified in pet loss grief support, euthanasia, and pet hospice.
Her services are truly the whole package, from beginning to end. We are so grateful for her compassion, her kindness, and the dignity she gave Louie in his final moments. I can’t recommend Dr. Carrie Donahue and Full Circle highly enough.

Simply put, Duke loves being there. Duke comes home contentedly exhausted. It’s like the dog park x10. He’s actually fallen asleep sitting up!
The more Duke goes there, the more he loves it. Pulls me hard to get in. At the end of the day wants to stay. He told me it’s his doggy heaven.

She brought Andrew in to help as well, and also her dogs to give Ruby support. We have been using her methods and honestly having fun and seeing a lot of improvements in Ruby along the way. Sit Means Sit Dog Training
3032 Progress Rd, MadisonOur dog Chevy, graduated recently from training at Madison, WI Sit Means Sit location! He had two one on one sessions with Josh and one with Brenna. My husband and I really liked the approach to training where they train the dog and the owners. Josh and Brenna were knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and willing to answer our millions of questions! We found the training to be very beneficial. Our dog Chevy was reactive to just about everything, but especially on walks and when people came into our home. Since training (and our continued follow through with coached strategies), we have noticed great changes in Chevy. More consistency with his “place” command really reinforced at this training has been helpful in allowing us to welcome people into our home with Chevy feeling confident in that situation. We have been able to walk on the same side of the sidewalk as both people and dogs with his good response to the learned heel response with attention on us. We are so thankful for the changes we have seen in our dog, Chevy since completing the training.
We were initially nervous about the e collar, but our minds were quickly eased by the knowledgeable trainers and after seeing first hand that the collar was a positive reinforcer only. Chevy likes putting the collar on! He responds well and quickly to it. It’s been a game changer.
We would recommend Madison sit means sit to dog owners looking for dog training in the area! As with all dog training it is not a “fix it” / “fix everything” solution, follow through and continuing to work on what you learned is key.

I have done pet sitting on the side as well as worked for a pet sitting company before and it’s a hard decision figuring out who to trust to leave your fur baby with when you’re gone but I can tell you, Green Dog LLC is who you want!! All 8 instructors we've had over 4 different classes are amazing. The enrichment activities, treats, and puppy art projects are definitely worth it! I love the enthusiasm the staff brings to everything they do, especially fundraisers and community events. I'll be sad when Theo graduates, but I'm so glad he'll move on to the Dog Den!

Ella (the adoption coordinator) was so helpful and kind and patient through the entire process. We had so many questions and she was so knowledgeable. A week into being home, one kitten came down with an illness and when I called MCP they not only got her in immediately to be checked out, but sent us home with medications and H, the medical professionals, was available via text to update us and answer questions. This is not an average place, they go above and beyond and truly care for the animals and we could not be more thankful to have found them and our sweet babies! Adopt here!
