“Fast service even on a busy day. It helped that I knew what I wanted and only tried on 2 pair. The tread mill was a nice touch to test out the shoes. Didn't give 5 because I didn't test their knowledge to know if their knowledgeable or not. Will most likely return”

“I placed an order for brush pads late Saturday and paid for two-day shipping. On Monday (yesterday) I emailed to let them know I forgot to note what color pads I wanted, received a response right away. “This store is clean and has a good selection, but some uw merchandise is only sold at their location on State St. It is much smaller in size so, it does have a smaller selection but they still sell many different types of high-quality uw apparel for all ages, art supplies, and gifts. The bookstore staff are helpful and patient.”

First of all, the selection of Badgers clothing was boundless and loved that for me because I was there to get just that. but alas did not lol. “This morning I had 5 star above and beyond service from Dick's Sporting Goods on the Eastside of Madison WI. I was crunched for time to buy new work shoes for my job at UW Hospital, so I called ahead on my drive there. Faith who answered the phone was was polite and and answered all my questions before transfering me to Brew in the shoe department. I explained EXACTLY what I was looking for and needed. When I arrived, Brew had 6 pairs of shoes laid out and ready for me to try on. I had limited time and made a bit of a mess with shoes and boxes. Brew was nothing but helpful and accommodating. I asked him if he worked on commission, and he told me he did his job out of the kindness of his heart and to help people. The service and efficiency was 5 star +. I will HIGHLY recommend Dicks' to ALL my friends for there Sporting goods needs. Ya'll came through in a pinch, much love to the staff. Keep doing you!?”

“We make a stop at Bucky's Locker Room every time we visit Madison. I assume most locals know this but you can actually go out into the stadium about 15-20 feet near the field. It's gated but my kiddo loves being able to see "Bucky's House!" Cool tip for out of towners. Prices are expensive, nothing like a $30 shirt and $75 jacket but what do you expect. Maybe not the best place to buy economical fan gear but they do have a nice, quality selection! The clearance rack has served me well! Very clean spot to shop around or see the field. Customer service is always friendly. No doubt we will come back as we can!”
