They go above and beyond for their customers and their labor rate is very reasonable, possibly the best in the area. Dont be expecting a flashy shop with a waiting room and snacks, but the mechanics do a great job and are very honest! I will definately be taking my cars here in the future.”

“Four stars only because the 8k 4-post lift I bought had the ladder guide bolts back out over time. This was after three years of semi frequent use, but was a VERY dangerous situation. Reached out to Rick when it happened and was told it had never happened before and it would be 1000-1500 for someone to come out and reinstall the guide.
Pulled it all apart myself and found that another had theee of the four bolts all the way backed out and only held loosely by one. All of the rest were finger tight. These bolt had zero loctite from the factory.
If you buy a four post lift from The Lift Superstore insist that all of the guide bolts are removed and loctite added. Luckily I am very mechanically inclined and could get my car down damage, or worse!
It is worth mentioning that Rick was great to deal with every time I have talked to him or the rest of the staff.”
