Unfortunately, one of the new phones started having issues holding a charge shortly after I got it and on the day I was supposed to fly out for a trip out of the country. Preston got on the phone calling all of the local T-Mobile stores and was able to locate a same-day replacement on our route to O'hare. He saved the day!”
