“Our Spectrum experience at the Fish Hatchery Road store in Fitchburg was great. Charlie was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We switched from T-Mobile, got two new phones, bundled with our current Spectrum Internet and saved a significant amount of money. The store was well staffed on a weekday afternoon; the wait time was non-existent for us, and short for people that came in after us, which included those with appointments and walk-ins.”
