“On 1/12/24 and 1/13/24 we had a major snow storm with many residents here suffered without electricity in Brown Deer. Consequently many people didn’t have heat and electricity in their home! This took place for 4 days. Here at Northpointe we didn’t have no complications with electricity. We did suffered a few hours without heat, but it was immediately restored. I am so happy to live here where it’s safe.”
“I rented from Tilmann rentals for nearly 10 years, 1/2015- 6/2024. My time in the Cedarburg apartments was wonderful. Very friendly and easy to reach staff in office, maintenance staff always handled every concern immediately, very reasonable rents for area. Would recommend to anyone.”
“Wow!! I would like to take the time to thank Mr. Zolpher and his team. Let me tell, I didn't have all of my background credentials but They still worked with me and took a chance on me, on one of their newly remodel cottages. For the inconvenience of the background check they discounted my pet fee as well. Man, not only was that house nice and super modern but the neighborhood was super quiet(disclaimer; ? neighbor across the alley was an unfriendly person) anywho, a huge unexpected problem had happened( house and a personal issue) but the owner Mr. Nick Zolpher who was literally in his vehicle getting ready to leave, had turned off his car spoke and listened to me. He had literally fixed that problem right then and there. Best home and Property Management that I have ever had.”
“I think the property is pretty however there are several issues with the building structure. But this is an older building, so I guess that is to be expected. The company that runs it (now) is better than the older one.”

“We have been living at saxony village apartments since December 2020. All I can say is that our experience here has been no less than amazing. You hear all of these horror stories of landlords not caring and who are nonresponsive. Not here. Every time we've had an issue (not often) we are contacted immediately by maintenance or someone at the main office to set up a plan for resolution. Our apartment is really nice, we love walking the trail around the buildings, the dog park is pretty generally well-kept, and the lawn is always mowed, sidewalks always salted/shoveled. I really don't have any complaints.The assistant property manager for the apartments, Bailee Hilton, is not only incredibly friendly, but also very responsive and professional. We've had a great experience living here and until the housing market eases up, here is where we'll remain!”
“I absolutely loved living here! The rooms are spacious, the buildings are well-maintained, and have all the amenities I needed. The allotted parking is very generous and the location is perfect, close to shops and adjacent to a park. The management team is responsive and friendly. Julia the manager is amazing and flexible. Highly recommend!”

“We recently moved into Spur 16 and had a fantastic experience. Our leasing agent Grace was extremely helpful, and efficient. We have a wonderful apartment, which was even nicer than we expected. The leasing and move in process was smooth and the first few months have been great. Super quiet and friendly neighbors. The complex is within walking distance of many restaurants, and parks. We had a minor maintenance request and Connor was there quickly and fixed the issue. Spur 16 is a great choice!”
