“Today was my second visit within a week to my hometown ACE Hardware store. Specifically I was on a hunt to match a Benjamin Moore paint color from 25 years ago.
Tyler at the paint counter was awesome, letting me behind the counter to see the magic of technology in taking color from a piece of drywall.
Aimee at checkout was great too. Friendly, courteous and thorough in finding my ACE Hardware rewards info.
Last is friendly ACE Hardware Man Terry who welcomes me with a hug…don’t worry we’ve known each other for 50+ years!

“Anytime I have a challenging home project I head to ACE instead of the larger hardware chains like Home Depot, Lowes, etc. I get immediate help from employees that are either seasoned at their craft or have a little bit more experience. At the time of this writing, I had a plumbing problem that I just couldn't solve. I'm a mechanical engineer so I'm a hands-on d.i.y. person. I explained my problem and right away he (Doug or Charles?) understood the problem. He saved me at minimum of $80 for a plumber just showing up at my door. Thank you, "Lisbon Ave Ace Hardware" team!”

“Yesterday was my first time there all that I can say is this place is fantastic from the minute I got there till the minute I left I smiled ear to ear it is a man's Paradise they have everything when did no generic stop all quality I repeat all quality everything the staff treated me like I was a king it might be because I have almost the same last name as their store but I do believe they probably treat all of their customers that way Molly regret in life is that I have not been there more times and it took me this long to go there I would put it on as a vacationing hotspot”

“This is my favorite HF location. After opening a few years ago and replacing what used to be a Sears brick and mortar store, this Harbor Freight is immaculate inside. Every time I enter this building typically on a monthly basis, the shelves are always extremely well organized. This store has a high level of cleanliness and upkeep that other Harbor Freight store locations should look at and envy.”

“Just wanted to give a shout out to Kraig Breider at the AirGas store in Milwaukee Wi off of Silver Spring Ave. I put in a issue with our company having more than one account, and honestly saying that I was having issues with this company in the past, so didn't expect a call back which in my opinion was the norm from them.
Then a week or so after the issue was filed, I got an email back from Kraig asking me if this has been resolved. Long story short he dived in and took care of my issue in 2 working days, that's what you call support, and maybe Kraig has changed my mind on possible moving our business elsewhere. So hats off To Kraig, and honestly it's guys like you that make my job go as it should. No reason that anyone should have to wait for support. Thank you Kraig Breider!!”
