They went the extra mile to plant grass and smooth out the area where they put the fiber in the ground. Place was pretty busy when I got there but I was promptly greeted by an associate, and waited less than 5 minutes to be assisted by Harold while he finished up with another client. I told him what I was looking for and he expertly walked me through my options and helped me pick what was going to work best for me. He didn’t try to over sell me, but rather find the best fit for my needs. He was exceptionally pleasant to speak with and quick and efficient. I was signed up for what I needed and out the door completely satisfied in less time than I’m used to being in a wireless store. “First off, if you go to this location, ask for Nick or Michael. They were amazing. I went in on Thursday with a broken phone and no insurance (my fault). I was wondering if there were any reasonable options without having to pay off the remaining $780 on my phone. I didn't really give it much thought as to what my options were and a young lady didn't offer much help. She only presented me with the option of paying off the phone.I gave it some thought over the weekend and thought maybe I had some options (open a second line or buy a cheaper refurbished phone). I went back in and thankfully started talking to Nick instead of the young lady I had talked with previously. Nick was more than happy to help and gave me a more than reasonable solution to my issue that didn't cost me $780. I can't thank him enough!”

Although we could not figure out the billing question, the manager Edwin was able to assist us further and we quickly came to a compromise. “Spectrum service guys Rudy and Will came to the house to inform us there was a problem at our house that was affecting several people in our neighborhood. We had no idea this was possible but they explained how this could happen. These guys could not have been nicer.
