“My 95 year old mother broke the tip of the charging cord inside her iPad. I couldn't see how to fix it, so brought it in to uBreakiFix. Tony said they see this every day, and they fixed it in ten minutes. He said I was lucky that my futile attempts didn't break anything, because I could have turned a simple repair into a difficult one. Next time I'll bring it to uBreakiFix right away!”

“My family and I switched from Verizon to US Cellular. The patience, service, and great attitude from Adrian was a refreshing experience. Adrian was proactive and helped us get setup right away while waiting for the current customer to get his phone figured out. He walked us through the signing process and made us feel comfortable and confident about our service plan. I wanted to tip Adrian, but he wouldn’t accept it. If I’m unable to tip, I’d like to encourage his manager to give him a nice raise.
