“My wife and I came into the store after getting new phones from Apple. The phones needed to be added to our account and the manager Xavier helped us and two other customers by himself. Xavier demonstrated service above and beyond for all customers in the store, and he found creative solutions to all of our problems.”

“My family and I switched from Verizon to US Cellular. The patience, service, and great attitude from Adrian was a refreshing experience. Adrian was proactive and helped us get setup right away while waiting for the current customer to get his phone figured out. He walked us through the signing process and made us feel comfortable and confident about our service plan. I wanted to tip Adrian, but he wouldn’t accept it. If I’m unable to tip, I’d like to encourage his manager to give him a nice raise.
