“Just want to let people know how awesome Tech Heroes in Madison are. I literally called an hour and 20 minutes before they closed to get a screened replaced because my phone was useless when I dropped it this afternoon. I did called around and was quoted twice the price and couldn't get it fixed til early next week. I rushed into Madison, 40 minutes later I have a new screen and my phone works perfect. David at the store was nice and explained everything to me. He quoted the price on phone and I wasn't charged a penny more. Thanks for fast and way cheaper repair. Definitely recommend.”

I stopped at the repair place across, but they were very busy in which i took my chances with a new upgrade within a reasonable cost difference, and same day service followed by a great team with solid professionalism !! I was very satisfied, the new guy with 3 days of experience, seemed like it was years worth based on how he conducted himself and gave me an estimate on the battery itself , I also met Stephanie who gave me a great deal on a new phone and provided the service of uploaded all the previous information .”

“I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and I just had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jordon. He was patient and caring, and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and in a way that eased my 'tech' anxieties as well. He helped me better address my concerns around my storage limits and worked with me to free up more space. He actively listened and never made me feel rushed... I give Jordon my highest recommendation....he's a 10+ on a scale of 1-5!! Verizon is fortunate to have Jordon on staff!!!”
“Zack (I am sorry dont know how to spell his name but know it started with a Z) at the T-Mobile Store in Middleton was a life saver for me. I had an Android phone that somehow got malware on it and messed my phone up so bad that I couldn't use it. I tried deleting apps but it would not let me. I was feeling very hopeless when seeking help at another T-Mobile place. I thought that my phone was useless and didnt know what to do, and I couldn't just start over with a new phone due to cost and loosing important information. Zack kindly offered his help and abilities to get my phone operational again. He made the difference between my keeping T-Mobile rather that giving up and waiting to try another company that might have been more helpfull. A good product can be worthless unless there are Amazing and Kind people to help out when one is struggling with the product. I am so Thankful for him as my life just became manageable with his kind help. Selling a phone only meets part of a customer's needs and feelings about a company especially if they leave you hanging on helping one out with the problem areas. I hope T-Moble honors the people who go above and beyond to help the customer. Thank You Zachary.”

“I stopped in with my family a few weeks ago to purchase a new phone for my Mom. Shakira was wonderful to work with! She answered all our questions, recommended phones and accessories, set up the new phone, transferred the contacts, and even downloaded the apps my Mom uses regularly so she didn't have to navigate that herself since she's not very tech savvy. Shakira was very patient throughout and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely go to this location again!”
“Over all environment was great. I was helped by a smooth Wayne guy named Brandon. I was not to excited about making the move to Samsung. I thought it be difficult but Brandon made it so easy for me to understand. He gave awesome service. I’ll be sure to be there again as long as associates like Brandon are there.”

When I walked in to Verizon, I was greeted right away with Michelle, she was determined to get my phone activated, we ran into a few road bumps so Misha also jumped in determined. They explained my options and what discounts I could have in the future. They were very patient and understand of my situation. Mind you i have been on customer service through teen mobile all week, 3 tickets, been to the store 5 timesand have not received a solution. After road block and horrible customers service I decided to switch. Network works great and resolved my issue. I am a satisfied new Verizon customer. ( might be a little more expensive but the accommodation and customer service is worth it in my opinion)”

“While the check-in process could be a little more clear at the entrance, I was in/ out of the store in about 30 minutes or so. The wait time was completely reasonable as there were three agents working. At first, I was a little hesitant to sign up for the streaming service that brought me in ,but Kevin remained patient, answered all my questions, and in the end put on a nice presentation. I’d go back and see him again for the mobile service which he was not at all pushy about upselling! Well done! It’s really simple, don’t be a goober and these folks will be nice to you back. It’s very possible that this store is busy on the weekends so plan ahead.”
