This is the second time in a few weeks at MKE airport, where President Circle was out of cars and had to wait almost 45 minutes for a car. This is completely unacceptable and caused me to be late to my first meeting. Clearly there is an internal issue, and not a one time occurrence.

Very solid process. 1 recommendation. Put a sign by the spike strip to let scared people like me know it's ok to drive over them.
