Inside the hotel, guests can find two restaurants, including a Starbucks, and shops, making it convenient for dining and shopping without leaving the premises. The hotel also offers self-parking in a garage, which is easy to access, though not cheap.
Rooms are large but tend to be dated and oddly arranged. Many guests noted that the rooms lack modern updates, with some describing the décor as nice but the technology outdated. The TV channels often do not work well, and the remote control can be unreliable. The rooms generally lack amenities like microwaves and refrigerators, which can be inconvenient, especially for longer stays. Guests also reported issues with the heating and air conditioning units, which are often ineffective, leaving rooms uncomfortably warm or cold. Room was roomy, well designed, clean, and QUIET. No noisy HVAC keeping me up all night. Room service, restaurants, concierge, all lovely. The room service chocolate cake was particularly amazing. This is my new standard for a hotel.

Great location! Close to everything. As a Diamond, I found the Staff was very helpful and was really happy for the most part. The rooms are older as is the hotel and a bit dated but relatively clean other than dust on the baseboards.
