“Carhartt is a very helpful company if you have any problems with their garments they will gladly fix or replace them free of charge they are definitely for the construction worker they hold up well in the winter to keep you warm and they hold up well in the summer to be comfortable while working in the heat I've been working in the trades for over 35 years and have always worn Carhartt clothing for all four seasons”

“Came in today to do some shopping and had my little kids with me. Ashley was working and saw that my kids were bored and offered to sit and hangout with them so I could look around. “Oni is amazing! I had called a hour before this store even opened and she actually answered the phone! Which NEVER happens with retail stores. I asked a bunch of questions and she did her best to answer them all but some she wasn't sure of, then about a hour later when she got the answers she found my number to call me back and I never even asked her to do this, she did this herself and I can't not believe the amazing customer service she provided! “Sahara is a beautiful angel. I'm not great at asking for help in stores, so I was brute forcing my way through every bra near my size and feeling kind of hopeless. Once I finally accepted her offer of help, she immediately brought me the best bra I'd tried the entire time. Eventually I left with three, all great. THANK YOU SAHARA”
“This boutique is honestly one of my favorite places to shop. Ever since being introduced to them, Leslie and Chelsea have taken such good care of me every time I've visited. These ladies work so hard to create such a fun, relaxing and no stress place to shop. They always have great recommendations and aren't afraid to show you the newest thing they just got in back.
Salamander continues to offer unique pieces that I can't find anywhere else and I love every single thing I've purchased.
I hope someday to see evening hours available but definitely keep your eyes peeled for their social media events.

“The cashier Emma at Nordstrom rack Wauwatosa WI, did an amazing job. She nicely folded all my clothing, as well as informed me about all the benefits of getting a Nordstrom credit card. I immediately applied for the credit card with the professional help from Emma. I was approved and was able to use the 5 percent off my transaction and received a 40 dollar discount on my next purchase. It was a triple win for me. 1. The excellent customer service from Emma 2. “This is my first time actually being a Mayfair Mall in quite a long time since I moved out of Milwaukee. This was my very first time going to a box of lunch store and it was fantastic. The amount of anime and Disney stuff throughout the store as well as other pop culture was amazing and they had some good deals going on. Made sure to pick up a thing or two from Demon Slayer which was nice.”
“Always an enjoyable shopping experience here - store is spacious and well laid out, with items neatly organized by color, style and size, nice clean dressing rooms too. The employees are friendly and helpful but give you your space. Really great sales too.”
“Stopped in to return a dress I bought at the Hilldale location. The process was a breeze! It literally took 30 seconds. The girl who helped me was very nice. There was no judgement or questioning on her end. I also did not feel pressured to buy anything as I looked in the store afterwards. I prefer this location over Madison.”
“I wish there were more Ann Taylors in the area - this is really the only one in greater Milwaukee and it’s one of my favorite shops.
Every time I come in, I feel welcomed by the staff. They aren’t overly friendly and give you plenty of space to shop at leisure, but are very available to offer and provide help if needed. I’ve had to ask for help on numerous occasions, and never felt like I was inconveniencing them.
Store is not as well stocked as the website, but that’s understandable considering that it is smallish. Dressing room is actually clean and don’t have dustballs rolling around - my pet peeve.”

“By far the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. I worked with almost every employee over the course of a week shopping for multiple suits and outfits for weeklong wedding events. I was shopping extremely last minute and they took a lot of time helping me find the right outfits/sizes. I must have tried on 20 outfits. They were patient and extremely helpful. Everyone at this store deserves a raise. They even found out that one of the outfits was going to be worn the same night and they steam pressed my entire suit and dress shirt after I checked out. Truly an amazing experience shopping here and I will definitely be back for all my clothing needs.”
“I always get exceptional service. I exchanged some online items purchased for a smaller size in the store. They held 2 items for me after calling the store earlier in the day. Before heading out to the store, another order arrived at my home with the sweater being too big. I did a quick website check and supposedly they had one left in the smaller size. When I arrived, I mentioned that the online ordering system noted there was 1 left of that size at the store. The clerk searched all over for it rather than saying that inventory is not always accurate. I left feeling thankful that my shopping was done and ready to wrap.”

“I stopped into Madewell after seeing a TikTok about a pair of jeans that could work during pregnancy. I hadn’t worn jeans in months, but with the weather getting cooler I knew I needed something comfortable to get me through fall.
I worked with Caitlin D., and she was absolutely wonderful! Not only did she help me find the jeans I came in for, but she also pulled several other pieces I never would have thought to try — and they ended up being bump-friendly at 8 months pregnant. She made the whole experience fun, uplifting, and so easy.
I left the store feeling excited to wear my new clothes instead of discouraged, which says everything about the experience she created. A huge thank you to Caitlin for making shopping such a positive experience during this stage of life!”
