When I asked the two lovely people front desk if they would possibly be able to help me one of them jumped up, grabbed a battery pack from the back, walked over with me and helped me jump my car. “Overall, Sparkle Auto Body is a no-muss, no-fuss kind of place that did the work very well for the right price.
My damage was purely cosmetic, but the scratches were deep, extensive and hit multiple panels alongside a huge dent in the car door. Sparkle was highly recommended by people around me and my insurance company. They worked very well and efficiently with my insurance company- one estimate was all that was needed and was accepted immediately. Even with insurance paying for most of it, the price seemed appropriate for the amount of work and parts.
I was able to get an idea of a time/cost estimate by driving right up, no appointment needed. We looked at the car outside together for about 10 minutes, and the manager was able to give me a good idea of what the time/price estimate would be. I had to schedule an appointment further out, but that just reflects how popular they are - for good reason.
The work itself was completed ahead of time. The work was limited to what actually needed fixing, not taking the entire car apart like some places do just to fix a surface scratch. They even took care of some other odds and ends scratches on my car besides the main damage, which was hugely appreciated. They had creative problem solving. When one of my car parts was no longer sold, they found a similar part in another color and just spray painted it to flawlessly match.
They also did a great job cleaning and detailing the car before I picked it up. Checkout was extremely fast and efficient, too. Everyone I spoke to was polite and to the point- that good ol' no-muss, no-fuss I mentioned.

They were able to help me get a loaner vehicle, for the short time my car was there and they communicated well from the very beginning! Definitely recommend coming here for service! Prices seemed very fair as well. There were some non urgent things I’m going to get other quotes for but from what I’m seeing they offer very reasonable prices!”

“I have a 2020 GMC Terrain that needed a hitch for very light towing. Made 1 phone call, and they got back to me quickly with a quote way cheaper than Madison shops. Had the parts in quickly, and it only took a couple hours. Very nice people and extremely good work. Even went so far as to attach a bracket to keep the electrical harness from dragging on the ground. Cannot say how nice it is to keep pushing business to a small town shop. You just don't get the above and beyond at some really big places, nor do you have people that give a sh&t. I highly recommend this place.”

UPDATE: April 2025. I know everybody makes mistakes we are only human however making the same mistake twice within a 7-day time period after diligently calling multiple times and confirming that the part was going to still be there The part was sent back. Not only that they did it twice to me Even more alarming is employee ken didn't seem to want to remedy the situation and only put the blame on me. Totally uncalled for and has taken my five-star review now down to a three star. I will change the rating back after this ordeal is taken care of on a positive note. If not it will remain and I encourage you to not trust anything they tell you especially if it comes from Ken sorry not sorry.
