“I never have a problem going in this store. The employees are always so nice and helpful. 1 in particular that always helps me when he is there, the guy with the hair puffs. He is amazing. He is always honest and lets me know the best flavors. All of the other employees are pretty amazing too”

“I noticed that an incoming package from out of the country had been marked to return to sender, I called the office and they were very pleasant and incredibly helpful in locating and rerouting the package to the correct location.
(The error was the sender's fault for combining 2 addresses, not the Post Office)”

“I don't know if this happened at the McFarland or Madison post office but my grand daughter, age 4 , addressed an envelope all by herself and her dad put a stamp on it. It was totally unreadable. Someone at the post office did some careful investigating and it arrived today. It had no names on it and the address was impossible to read . The picture inside was a drawing of me and Grampy. It was the sweetest thing and we are so happy that it was deciferred. Thank you to whoever did it .”
“I don't understand why some people leave negative reviews. I had a very positive experience when I visited last Saturday. There was no long line, and even though there was only one staff member available, he was extremely helpful and efficient. I want to share this to make sure people aren't confused by the bad reviews. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend using this USPS location. Keep up the great work!”
“Just wanted to write a review here to thank the clerk I worked with (I think her name was Steph?) for all her hard work! This is the second time I have stopped in to find that she was the only one working. As I arrived today, I ran into an angry customer storming out and yelling at the clerk. I understand that it is frustrating to wait in line and to be greeted by someone who is clearly overworked, but the clerks here are also human and are trying to do their best. Let this be a lesson to all: if you are planning to stop at this post office, please exercise patience and treat the employees with kindness. The office is understaffed, but it’s workers are trying to do the best they can.”

“I’ve been visiting the CG post office for 12 years now & they continue to exude the catered, small town, courtesy that I’ve always appreciated. They go above & beyond to ensure that my packages are delivered promptly & safely & they always smile & tell me to “have a great day!” It’s these little things that set them apart from other post offices in the area & the reason I rarely go anywhere else.”
“I decided to do the internet trend of hiding in a box and shipping myself in the mail. The box I got in left the post office at 3:00 in the afternoon on Monday morning. I was delivered to a location in Omaha, Nebraska. The trip clearly took several days, and I nearly ran out of supplies.When I got out of my box, I was still in the Waunakee post office. It was 4:37 PM and it was still Monday. Quite odd. Pretty cool place to get your passport and send mail.”

“Stopped in on a Wednesday at 1:25 was out the door at 1:30. A simple in person address change was efficient and pleasant. The clerk assisted with everything I needed, was polite, courteous and told me not to rush as I was typing frantically to pull up the proper information. Fabulous service.”
