Mercedes Santoyo is a huge asset to Us cellular, she's very knowledgeable about the business, and extremely helpful to me,an elderly lady. She's friendly and always has a smile, and she deserves a large raise. I wouldn't be part of Us cellular if it wasn't for her. She's a great people person!
