After 3-4 days, I realized I should have purchased a size up. I didn't realize this at all prior to my purchase; it's subtle. I knew I'd have to figure something out with the pair I'd been wearing, but decided to exchange the 2nd pair purchased. I stopped back yesterday, and explained my visit. After trying on a couple variations of a size up and width up, I made my choice. Both Kate and Scott were very helpful during this process, and assisted with getting my size dialed in. During my exchange, Kate asked about the pair I was wearing, explaining I was eligible to return the first pair, too. I was shocked, and re-explained I'd been wearing the shoes for the last week. Same with my pants! I was extremely disappointed but eventually was able to return my items. I was returned my shirt for store credit, but not my pants.
