“I have been looking for the Hey Dudes Wendy Milky Way White (cow print) shoe in a ladies size 11 for a gift and have been hitting all kinds of out of stock in that size. I even called Door County and looked at NC stores I visited.I decided to give Tradehome Shoes a shot even though the website said that the sizes 10 and 11 were no longer available. Called the Madison West side store and talked to Nate, the manager. He found a size 11 in Green Bay-YAY, but it would cost $10 more to ship to me.I called the GB Store and spoke to Russ. He gave me the price and said shipping was free!! Bonus...any order over $50 is free...He wasn't allowed to take my order with a credit card, new company policy.Called the East Towne store and spoke to Eric. He provided the BEST customer service, just like Russ. He explained the change in policy and what I could do to place the order. Confirmed a few things with him, and we placed my order. I am so happy with the service I received at the East Town store, and will go back with any of my shoe needs in the future.Thank you, Eric!! Because of you, a young lady will have an unexpected gift under the tree this year...if I can keep them from her that long... :)”

“We had never been here before though we had seen the ads everyday in the newspaper. We were running errands at Hilldale and stopped in since I was having a hard time finding a comfortable casual shoe. It was a weekday but there was a steady stream of customers. After browsing some of the displays and choking on some of the prices. $450 for some ugly casual German shoes!!! I was skeptical. I decided to dive in and get some help. It turns out it was one of the co-owners who helped us. It was if I was being consulted by a podiatrist. I later learned that a few of the employees are certified pedorthists. I have never encountered such a process at a shoe store. I learned a lot about my feet. I did find a pair of shoes that fit my feet and my needs and my price point. I am not sure every employee would give this level of service or have this expertise but I will return. Oh yeah - the prices keep this from being a 5 star review.”

“I kind of wish they had tiny little carts so my son wasn't running around. I held him most of the time but he is 20lbs and it gets tiring. The selection was pretty good but not many gender neutral items. The cashier didn't seem to have advice on what sizes would work, as if she didn't have kids which seems odd when I think about it. Most things were on sale which kept the price down. I got 3 winter pajamas, a pack of 6 pairs of socks, and a water bottle for $50.”

“This is a HUGE shout out to Janel! This was my first ever experience buying jeans in The Buckle. Janel saw that I was looking around, trying to find the jeans for us gals with a little more junk in the trunk.You see, I have a friend who told me Buckle Black Jeans = No back gap. (If you know you know).Anyway... I was in a bit of a hurry, and Janel loaded me up with a few options: Buckle Black and The Gabby.Holy Moses & Mother of Pearl. These jeans! I left with five pairs and will be going online to see if I can find any more I can't live without.Thank You, Janel! You made my day!”
