“I made the mistake of booking at a different location. It was so poorly that it sent me into panic mode and I needed to make an emergency last minute booking at Holiday Inn Express. Best decision I made that trip.
I came in and Fabian greeted me and took the time to help me calm down. He explained everything super well and gave me clear and concise instructions on how to get to my room. It was the humanity I needed to receive in a moment of pure anxiety.
The room was fantastic and clean, the common areas were amazing, and just an overall pleasurable stay.
The main fact remains that Fabian and his coworkers are the reason I will be coming back or at least booking holiday inn rooms in the future.”

“We were stuck in the snowstorm last weekend traveling home from Thanksgiving. We pulled over here as we couldn't drive any further and they couldn't have been any more wonderful. The gentleman working the front desk was so helpful and even tried to help me find my phone when I lost it in the snow. The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable, and they had the best customer service! Thank you so much for helping my family on a really difficult weekend!”

We had some accommodations elsewhere fall through, and Nicole helped us pivot to the Hyatt, no problem. She really helped lessen the stress for the weekend!
