“My fiance and I went to Roger's & Hollands at West Towne Mall in Madison last weekend to get our wedding rings for our upcoming elopement. We are very simple people and just wanted to see a few options in our budget and hope for the best. It turned out to be an amazing experience that totally fit our personalities. Ben Lo was our sales associate, and he listened to us and pretty much immediately knew exactly what we would like. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Totally matched our vibe. And we needed the rings to be compatible with our jobs and he was knowledgeable on that too. We kept saying all day after we purchased our rings how happy we were that he was the guy we ended up speaking to. Really an easy and seemless process, we now have beautiful rings, and can't recommend them enough!

Eventually, off to Burnie's we went. He subsequently lost the item in a tragic, "I hide it from my friends in a trash can so nobody would take it" incident. Years later, on another magical Burnie's expedition, we mentioned the funny story, and Ben said he had an idea of how to fix the situation. I had so much fun shopping the extensive selection with help from Rhonda and Dave. The selection was extensive and the staff was very knowledgeable, nice, and knew the inventory. They were helpful but didn't pressure me. I found some great treasures. It's a full service situation, too, as they were able to size a ring I selected. “Chris Keenan is an incredible artist! He took our ideas for wedding rings and created the most gorgeous matching set. The original stone in the setting was a beach stone.
