“Great service! I was very grateful for how well everything went with Disch. I slid on ice off the road and into snow, so naturally, I needed someone to come tow me out.
Every other towing service I reached out to had hours of wait time. After being on hold with Finish Line for 45 minutes and never hearing an actual person once, and never even being able to reach Trollway at all, Disch picked up after one ring and got to my car within the next 30 minutes. The process was no hassle at all, and despite the fact that even my battery had died, we were done and I was back on the road very quickly.
My only slight issue whatsoever is that the price seemed slightly steeper than some of the alternatives. Considering I was a ways out of town and they arrived quickly unlike any of those alternatives, I cant really complain about that either though.
If I'm ever in a similar situation, I know who I'd call or recommend others to call!”

“Excellent service & price! I went in with symptoms that led to a ball joint replacement. They explained everything clearly and were very polite from beginning to end. Being a female, I get used to being talked down to at shops, but they were very respectful and talked to me as a normal person. Another shop tried to charge me over 4 times the amount for what they did. Now my car is working smoothly and my wallet doesn’t hurt as much! I will definitely be coming back here for my future car needs!”
“I was passing through town on a Sunday afternoon when my truck started overheating and I thought my weekend was pretty much shot. I called several shops and towing companies and either got voicemail or no answer at all. Tony's Auto Repair & Towing was the only place that actually picked up the phone. The tech answered (I wish I could remember his name but this happened a while ago and it just occurred to me that I didn't leave a review), listened to what was going on, and got someone out to help me much faster than I expected.
Turned out a radiator hose had failed and dumped most of my coolant. He was straightforward about the issue, got the truck repaired, and had me back on the road the same day. I appreciated that nobody tried to sell me a bunch of extra work while I was stuck in a bad situation. If you're traveling through the area and run into car trouble, these are the people I'd call.”
“Had my 2021 Cadillac CT5-V serviced for a transmission drain and fill and filter replacement and Tom was excellent and accepted my own parts without a problem whereas most other service shops around the area would not.

DAVE. Made sure I made it to dealership with my trailer, and got me a slot days ahead of schedule to start the replacement with a used transmission installed 8 days later.
Received free rental Sienna, and Dave kept me updated with repairs and costs with pictures.
Definitely a seasoned mechanic that made a difference in our trip, otherwise that van would have been a loss.

“I am a professional transporter, and put a lot of miles on my vehicle. My brakes went out yesterday, I limped to Madison and boy am I glad I did! Joe was able to fit my truck in at 1 pm, and by 4 pm he had fixed it, test driven it, and I was on my way. Extremely fair price, and he was recommended by another nearby shop who could not fit me in that day. I think I’ve found my new mechanic for when I’m on the road in that area!”

“Started driving and had a tire pressure issue. Came to this location and they were able to tell me the issue immediately, even if they couldn't patch my tire right away. I was able to get my tire filled for no charge and be on my way until I could come back to get this patched. I was even able to get a patch done as a walk-in!
