Syd, at US Cellular in Verona, was so very helpful and patient! My daughter brought me (82) to add to their family plan & get me a new phone (I had Verizon for decades, and it was just getting too expensive; and customer service wasn't as good as US Cellular). My daughter would say the same thing!
