“My family and I switched from Verizon to US Cellular. The patience, service, and great attitude from Adrian was a refreshing experience. Adrian was proactive and helped us get setup right away while waiting for the current customer to get his phone figured out. He walked us through the signing process and made us feel comfortable and confident about our service plan. I wanted to tip Adrian, but he wouldn’t accept it. If I’m unable to tip, I’d like to encourage his manager to give him a nice raise.

“I think I've been using Supranet for close to two decades, now. Possibly longer. Supranet powers the DorkTower.com website, and takes care of all of my business needs. The folks there are great to work with, so I also use them for my family's personal account. Wonderful people, knowledgable and friendly. Excellent response times those few times I've needed help. Also: community-minded. Supranet is a very strong supporter of local arts groups, as well as other charities. Could not recommend more highly.”

“I went into the Spectrum store to swap out my 8 year old equipment after the customer service representative on the general hotline number set up the appointment for me. There was no line and someone greeted me immediately and the transaction went quickly and smoothly. He answered a couple of questions I had and I left. I have yet to set up my modem and router but it's supposed to be exactly like the old ones. I haven't had any issues with spectrum so I'll be keeping them.”

He assisted me in making the change from ResTech TV service to Directv and answered all of my questions, making me feel comfortable no matter what I asked. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to find answers if they were not readily available. He checked to make sure I was getting the best prices on the components in the package I decided upon. He is super personable and friendly. I just felt so good working with him and I knew he was doing his best to make me informed and feel positive about the change. When I walked in to Verizon, I was greeted right away with Michelle, she was determined to get my phone activated, we ran into a few road bumps so Misha also jumped in determined. They explained my options and what discounts I could have in the future. They were very patient and understand of my situation. Mind you i have been on customer service through teen mobile all week, 3 tickets, been to the store 5 timesand have not received a solution. After road block and horrible customers service I decided to switch. Network works great and resolved my issue. I am a satisfied new Verizon customer. ( might be a little more expensive but the accommodation and customer service is worth it in my opinion)”

“While the check-in process could be a little more clear at the entrance, I was in/ out of the store in about 30 minutes or so. The wait time was completely reasonable as there were three agents working. At first, I was a little hesitant to sign up for the streaming service that brought me in ,but Kevin remained patient, answered all my questions, and in the end put on a nice presentation. I’d go back and see him again for the mobile service which he was not at all pushy about upselling! Well done! It’s really simple, don’t be a goober and these folks will be nice to you back. It’s very possible that this store is busy on the weekends so plan ahead.”
“All internet companies are a pain. But every technician I met associated with TDS was super helpful and always gave me tidbits on ways to improve Internet coverage in my home without selling me TDS products. Company probably hates that, but I as the consumer appreciated it. All of the other providers leave wires exposed on the exterior of the house and install their box as quick and easy as possible. TDS has all of their wires in metal conduit and they caulked any holes they drilled into the house. Standard you would think, but not something Spectrum did when they installed Internet to my house! If you have to deal with a provider, you might as well deal with TDS”

They are NOT open on Sundays.”
