“Went in past pick up time due to delay at home and upon arrival there were no cars available due to increased needs from floods. Christian got us into a vehicle despite shortage of vehicles and computer system shutting down. The staff here remained positive and professional during this frustrating time with a long line of customers. The entire staff needs a raise. I would use Hertz rentals again based off this experience alone. Thank you!”
