“An employee at Kohl's in Wausau welcomed us to the self-checkout, coached us on how to use it, made sure we received Kohl's cash that should have been given us at the door, and was just thoroughly pleasant. It's reminiscent of old-fashioned in-person department store service. We will be back!”
“Even though you may not use the gas station part of the business, it's great that you've found the inside part of the store to be enjoyable. Having a positive shopping experience is always a big bonus, especially when you can find items you like at decent prices. It's also great to know that you've had a good time there and that there's an atmosphere that makes you feel welcomed and at ease.”
“Great store for all sorts of reasons. To many to list honestly. But the toy section during christmas is always a great place, all Fleet Farms do kid events for the holidays. And they get free things. The most recent was mother's day they got a pot an planted a flower then get to bring it home.”
“It's now late Aug of 2026 and not only has the parking surface been great for the last three years but now the delivery pickup area has been moved to the south end of the building making it so much more functional and safe - great work Walmart, great work!
The new and improved parking lot is AWESOME!!! MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!
The parking lot, at the Rib Mountain store, is awful. How much money has to be made before they treat the people right that make that money for them...? Makes one feel taken advantage of! Some areas have improved (Sept 23).”
“I was due for a tire rotation and remembered. I had a fleet rewards card, which offers two free tire rotations a year to members.
I have never used this service. When I called, they were very professional, I explained how the process worked.
They got me in within a few days, and we're very customer orientated from the time I walked into the time I received receive my keys.
I highly recommend flee farm auto service center.
Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one.”

“I love the Wausau TJ Max. The staff is so friendly and the store is clean and new merchandise every time I go in. I've been in many TJ Max stores and still like the Wausau store the best.”
