Even though the location didn't have my specific fob on site, John was able knew exactly the product I needed, ordered them for me, gave me an accurate estimate on when they would arrive and provided a proactive follow up as to when I could come in and have them programmed. As a regular batteries plus customer at this location I've worked with John on multiple occasions and find him to be a consumate professional, who consistently demonstrates that he has the knowledge, experience and expertise to answer any battery related questions. “I visited this location and purchased a new battery for my 2017 Subaru Outback. I replaced my old battery with the new battery, that has a larger capacity and more Cold Cranking Amps -for better winter starting. Replacement was very easy -and only took 15 minutes. Batteries Plus privide a core refund for the old battery too.
Some other things to look at in the store include replacement key fobs, batteries for electronic devices and more.”

“When in to get my battery tested , waiting for quite awhile not the nicest people , they said pop your hood so I did , waited , no one came out , went back inside, the guy was taking care of some one else, finally came out he treated me like I was stupd, he said the battery is dead but did not check it, I turned his back on me , so I went to battery plus much better people , tested it and did not need a battery , just need to clean off one terminal, that were great , O’Reilly in Brookfield the worst service ever if you don’t want to to your job you should not be working there what a couple of jerks”
“Watch battery replacement. I have the life time plan. In and out quickly. They also recommended I have the Watch cleaned and gasket replaced. Watch is about 35 years old and keeps perfect time. Off to Time Square for the refurbishment!”

“I called to see if they had a battery in stock for my Mazda and the rep was super helpful by explaining the differences in girl math so I could understand LOL. I went to the store and JJ the same rep that answered the phone went above and beyond to assist me. Everyone in the store was professional and helping someone. “Needed a new battery and installation first thing in the morning on a Saturday. Auto Zone and Advance Auto Parts nearby this location just said “no” to me. Called O’Reilly, Myron said come on in, he had a new battery installed in 15 mins. Huge help to me, and clearly it just took the effort of an employee somewhere to get this done, I’m glad I got Myron. Good store. UPDATE - wrong store... I was on Sherman!!”

“Chuck is awesome!! He changed the burned out headlight bulbs on my Kia and replaced a fuse I didn't know about which saved me $1000 due to a diagnostic error from the Kia dealership. “One reason is that my son works there and he goes above and beyond… when he notice someone having a prob with their vehicle when he’s riding pass either on his way to work or when he gets off he always offer to help and refer them to get the parts they need from the oreilly he works at or other locations near their residence… I’ve witnessed him giving jumpstarts, putting on spare tires and checking fluids… oreilly is lucky to have him”
“Called ahead to see if they had a battery, talked with Juan, he gave me the info on them I needed quickly and politely. I stopped in later in the afternoon. He then helped replace the old battery in my CRV. He was a giant help, and was a pleasure to be around.

“I made an online order and needed to exchange a front caliber for a rear. The manager Andrew at the time would not give me an even exchange and told me to call back to speak with the store manager. I called Misty the store manager the following day and she went above and beyond to help me. She listened to my situation, then returned my money and the difference because the rear caliber was cheaper. I appreciate hard working people like Misty who cares about their customers. As for Andrew, please do better. You can't work in customer service and just come to work to cash a check. Thank you again Misty!”
