“Went in today and was amazed at the courteous and competent staff we encountered. At the front lobby we were greeted by a very helpful young girl who directed us to Eric (a BMO Retail Relationship Banker) who proceeded to help us with wire transfers. “I use the Elkhorn branch most of the time. The bank manager at this location is really helpful and a great asset to the team. Anytime she is there I leave happy and feel as though she has done everything possible to make my banking experience better. She has been like that from day one (about a 1.5 years) with me. I really appreciate her, If she was not there I don’t believe I would be banking at US Bank. She was not working during the holidays last year and I left that branch in tears. (bank policies) I then went to the Delavan branch because I knew someone could help me if they wanted to I was new to US Bank at the time. The manager at this branch was very kind and took the time looked into my problem and was able to fix it. Bridget is always that way when helping me, so I was very thankful the manager and teller together were so kind and understanding at the Delavan location and came through strong when I was in a jam. Their online banking app is great and the customer service is also pretty good if you need to call. I also love that they are teamed up with GreenLight and I am able to have a free account with them for my young daughter that I am trying to teach finances to at an early age.”

“I don't usually go into the branch and the rare times I do its in the drive thru at another branch. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the young lady in Williams Bay was even though I wasn't a regular there. She took a little time to ask me a few questions. She ended up finding that I was way over paying on my interest at another bank and they got me a way better rate there. I'm on a pretty tight budget right now and this is really going to help.”
