“The people at the counter are always nice, the mail delivery lady is always nice too! Everything is always on time, only ONE time that ive been here have we not recieved the mail and that was this year when we got attacked with snow! Theres barely any mixed up mail and if it is its never a big deal we just run over to whoever it was meant to and out it in there mail box.”
“I don't understand why some people leave negative reviews. I had a very positive experience when I visited last Saturday. There was no long line, and even though there was only one staff member available, he was extremely helpful and efficient. I want to share this to make sure people aren't confused by the bad reviews. “I decided to do the internet trend of hiding in a box and shipping myself in the mail. The box I got in left the post office at 3:00 in the afternoon on Monday morning. I was delivered to a location in Omaha, Nebraska. The trip clearly took several days, and I nearly ran out of supplies.When I got out of my box, I was still in the Waunakee post office. It was 4:37 PM and it was still Monday. Quite odd. Pretty cool place to get your passport and send mail.”

They go above & beyond to ensure that my packages are delivered promptly & safely & they always smile & tell me to “have a great day!” It’s these little things that set them apart from other post offices in the area & the reason I rarely go anywhere else.”

“Stopped in on a Wednesday at 1:25 was out the door at 1:30. A simple in person address change was efficient and pleasant. The clerk assisted with everything I needed, was polite, courteous and told me not to rush as I was typing frantically to pull up the proper information. Fabulous service.”

“It is ridiculous that a person cannot call the post office and actually speak to a person...all you get is a robot giving you options to press this for this and that for that...irritating because if you didn't need a person to talk to you wouldn't be calling...everything the robot gives you options for you can do on your computer so why would you call? The postal ladies that have delivered are very nice but this post office is a bit irritating in that they can't pick up the phone to answer a question that would take 2 minutes...it's a small town post office, it's not that busy that someone can't pick up the phone...and if they are busy all they would have to do is say I"m very busy right now can I return your call when I have more time...take the number down and call back.”
