“About ten days ago I dealt with a young lady at the customer service counter. Roman is her name. At one point she consulted with her manager about my inquiry. Romans manger was older, baldish guy with a European accent. Both Roman and this gentleman were great and solved my problem.Yesterday I returned a product that broke down after 5-6 weeks. “The staff are nice, courteous and prompt. Online pick ups are always early. I arrive earlier than stated pick up times and they are always ready for me even when I'm an hour or two early. I'd rather shop here than anywhere else if only they had fresh produce! If they did start bringing in fresh produce, we would most likely exclusively shop here!Navdeep, the managers and others are always smiling and always happy to help me load up our purchase which takes a lot of time! Always appreciate the help they provide. Thanks to all staff and keep it up!”
