“I've been with BB&T for a while and they are a great bank! This particular branch takes a while whether you go in or go through the drive-thru. They are typically always backed up. What should take a few minutes, turns into 10 or more.”

“Regions Bank. Saks Alabama. I am always treated as if I am an important person. I feel like they want my business. If I leave a message, they call me back. I receive calls to check in with me to see if I have any financial needs. I can write memos in online banking on my purchases so I can remember what I spent my money on. They also have a way to show you what categories you spent your money on, budget wise. No complaints here.”
