1672 Gadsden Hwy, BirminghamUsed the self pet wash for the first time today. Plenty of room to bathe my 60lb dog and reasonably priced. However, the dilution bottles for the shampoo/conditioner were only labeled, for example, "oatmeal" rather than "oatmeal shampoo" so I didn't know which bottle was which. Luckily I had my own. Also, the piece that attaches the cone nozzle to the dryer hose on the far right tub was broken so I had to stretch the smaller hose from the smaller tub which just made drying take longer because I couldn't adequately reach all sides of my dog. These are all easy fixes. We'll still be back

I'll definitely come back and happy that there are a couple stores in the Birmingham area but this trussville location has a better selection than the other stores in the area so I'll be back!

1251 Grayson Valley Pkwy, BirminghamI will be eternally grateful to A Pet's Day Out. We're new to Trussville and we finally decided to start looking for a new groomer for our Cocker Spaniel mix. He is an anxious dog and is slow to trust new people. The first place we tried didn't even make an effort, we warned them that he can be fearful of new people and may react if they don't spend a little time with him to make him somewhat comfortable and earn his trust because he will work with you given a little effort. They refused to groom him because they didn't listen, and we will never go back.
The next place I called was A Pet's Day Out. I told them about my dog and asked them if they would be willing to at least give it a try. To say the least, they were MORE than willing. She assured me that she's been grooming for over 30 years and anxious dogs are not a problem. I brought him in and she sat with him and let him get used to her for longer than I could have hopped for. The groom went wonderful and I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys so much, you have earned a lifelong customer!

Everyone wants to leave their companions with someone they can trust and Robin has never disappointed! We always leave knowing our animals are being WELL taken care of! Every time my family and I leave to go out of town our dogs start barking and getting excited because they already know they are about to go to Robin's and they absolutely love it! Not only has she taken care of our dogs, but she has also came over to our house multiple times and fed our cat while out of town, she has tended to my outside dogs, and she has even came over and helped us with stray animals! This woman is so selfless towards animals and everyone she knows. Always willing to be flexible and work with you no matter what. They were always accommodating of my schedule. I used different dog day care and dog sitting services but by far they were the best because they are very flexible in terms of time and schedule. She gave us such great advice on what to do and the food that would be best for what we were going for. She was so easy to work with and so sweet. They took care of everything so we could just enjoy our night with our family and friends. All her staff was so sweet and worked so hard to make everything perfect. And the food was delicious and we got so many compliments on how good the food was and how beautiful the reception was. You know how a normal restaurant gives you pretzel bites and there’s maybe 12? I swear there were 50, maybe not that many but a HUGE portion. And the price? So reasonable. My burger was spicy and yummy and messy but in the best way. \nThey are upfront about how terrible the parking is, but that’s kind of part of the charm. I honestly can’t wait to go back to Birmingham (I’m a Huntsville resident) and eat here again.

The lines were long and it wasn't very organized. This was yesterday 5.4.24 . It was a Saturday. I have never seen it this bad. I waited20 minutes for hot dogs and another 15 for a pretzel. The young worker did her best and kept smiling. That's why I notice her.
