I wish I had gotten her name but she was working at the Grove location in Hoover, AL on 2/23/26 in the afternoon. She has brown long wavy hair. Good customer service can be hard to find these days but she nailed it. I hope you will let her know.

Not only does Robin take care of our animals, but she has also given my family a true friendship and a person we can always count on and trust no matter what with our four legged fur babies! Everyone wants to leave their companions with someone they can trust and Robin has never disappointed! We always leave knowing our animals are being WELL taken care of! Every time my family and I leave to go out of town our dogs start barking and getting excited because they already know they are about to go to Robin's and they absolutely love it! Not only has she taken care of our dogs, but she has also came over to our house multiple times and fed our cat while out of town, she has tended to my outside dogs, and she has even came over and helped us with stray animals! This woman is so selfless towards animals and everyone she knows. Always willing to be flexible and work with you no matter what. We will never take our dogs to another vet to stay over night while we are out of town! Robin will always be our go-to and you should too!!!!

After my regular vet wouldn’t pick up the phone for me to have him seen, I asked around and had several people recommend Alford Ave! I decided to give them a try as I didn’t have much time to waste and I was not disappointed! The love and genuine support of my little guy was so appreciated in a time that has felt very overwhelming and uncertain. Dr. Burke is such a kind human. She took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and went above and beyond for my kitty before/during/after his surgery! I’m planning on moving my other two cats to Alford as well because their love and care for their clients is very clear! Also a plus that they have several cats hanging out in the lobby!

A Rottweiler & Cane Corso loving their experience means everything to me & my family!Great Resort. Impressive for dogs as well as Cats! I would like to add that I totally trust all their DVM's. They were always accommodating of my schedule. I used different dog day care and dog sitting services but by far they were the best because they are very flexible in terms of time and schedule. The staff was fantastic, including the security and third party valet service, and the food was wonderful. Pricing was competitive with similar locations around BHM. They did an impressive job talking through their options with my daughter, and then setting up the space to comfortably host 80+ friends and family. The manager's recommendations on the quantity of food to order was perfect. Many of the guests went out of their way to compliment the food and venue for the reception. I would highly recommend them for similar events.

We are so happy with our new fur baby! ❤️?There are very limited hours - yes, only 4hrs on Saturdays, so we had to wait longer to get our fuzzy sweetheart. ?? The way this location works is that foster parents bring the animals to the shelter on Saturdays only. If you connect with an animal, you can fill out the adoption paperwork. You'll then need to wait at least until the following week to find out if your paperwork was approved and take your new pet home. Our female adult cat cost $100 to adopt (cash only). ? There are different costs based on types and genders of the animals. ? Email is the only way to get in touch outside of Sat business hours. Our kitty is very sweet, friendly, and well-trained. We're very thankful to Ms.Wells for doing such a great job fostering before Patsy got her forever home! ??

Bo had his third play date at Cahaba Beach Dog Park today with his good buddy Teddy — another Goldendoodle. I can’t tell you exactly what they got into, but judging by how Bo came home, he must’ve given it his all!
He was so worn out, he fell asleep before we could even get the leash off.

One suggestion: It would be wonderful if parents could get photo or video updates (or even short clips on their phones) while their pups are at play. Some of my friends mentioned their dog park near Tattersall offers this, and they absolutely love it!
