We visited this location on June 2, 2026, and everyone there was so kind, helpful, and professional.
A kind lady helped me with copies I needed made, and she was patient and professional. Two other ladies helped me with a shipping question, and they were also very kind, helpful, and professional.
John was especially helpful. I had a large package, a folding bed, that needed to go back out to our minivan. I was going to carry it myself, but John kindly offered to carry it for me and put it into our vehicle. That helped a great deal because I also had other things with me that would have been hard to carry all at once.
Someone there, either John or one of the kind young ladies, also gave me the phone number for Amazon Customer Service so I could ask about a prepaid return mailing label. That was very helpful.
Another thing we really appreciate is that they keep the line moving. Even when there is a long line, they handle it in a friendly and courteous way, and there is not much waiting time. It is not the typical standing in line, waiting and waiting, that can happen at some places of business. They are fast and efficient, yet still courteous, kind, and down-home friendly.
The parking at this location is also easy, and the store itself is comfortable. They even have a little sitting area where you can take a few moments to gather your thoughts or organize what you came in for.
Everyone we dealt with was kind, professional, helpful, fast, and efficient. We truly appreciate this UPS Store location and highly recommend it.

I had a very good experience at the FedEx location at 320 Snow Drive in Homewood, Alabama, on 06/09/26 at about 4:09 PM.
Connie helped me with two large boxed beds that I needed to return. She was very, very helpful, professional, friendly, and kind. She helped me understand what to do with the return labels and helped with taping the boxes so everything would be done correctly.
I really appreciated her patience and nice attitude. Returning large packages can be stressful, but Connie made the process much easier.
Highly recommend this FedEx location, and especially Connie.
