“The gentlemen who delivered our order, were polite, efficient and gave us a heads up when they were 20 minutes out. That's important to us as we have K9s that we need to kennel. That can be like herding cats at times. I will say, I don't like the chat bot. Our original date for delivery was canceled by RXO and we had to reschedule. I get it, things happen. The chat bot, was not helpful in the rescheduling questions we had.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a very good experience at the FedEx location at 320 Snow Drive in Homewood, Alabama, on 06/09/26 at about 4:09 PM. Connie helped me with two large boxed beds that I needed to return. She was very, very helpful, professional, friendly, and kind. She helped me understand what to do with the return labels and helped with taping the boxes so everything would be done correctly. I really appreciated her patience and nice attitude. Returning large packages can be stressful, but Connie made the process much easier. Highly recommend this FedEx location, and especially Connie. God bless! Mark and Tim Elders”

“Such a helpful store! I was in a bind one day and had to get something out that day, and they kept the doors open for me after hours. They can ship USPS, FedEx, or UPS, which is great. And I’ve not had to wait once. Really glad to have this in our neighborhood.”

“Best UPS in town. Everyone is incredibly helpful and efficient. Always a positive experience. It’s the Chick Fil A of UPS’s. Dallas has gone out of his way to help me make the best choices for shipping larger packages. Great staff. They make it easy for the customers.”

“Angelica and another attendant were SUPER patient with me when I had to use my cellphone to find the qr code for several Amazon returns. They were both so gracious and kind to not fuss at me or make me feel stupid, ( which I already did.) I use this store regularly and find everyone pleasant even though they are often swamped! Service moves fast and efficiently.”

“I use these guys whenever possible. They're not the easiest company to get a hold of dispatch because you can only call the main dispatch number and not your local hub. They are very reasonably priced and with a few minor exceptions take very good care of our products that we are shipping.”

“Greg at UPS was absolutely outstanding to work with. I had several important print projects with specific formatting and quality needs, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out exactly right. He was patient, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much care he put into the final product. He took the time to walk through options, make adjustments, and ensure the prints looked polished and professional. His customer service made a huge difference and took so much stress out of the process. I’m very grateful for Greg’s help and for the excellent service from this UPS location. The quality, professionalism, and attention to detail were amazing. I would highly recommend Greg and this UPS store for any printing needs.”

I also felt that the associate that helped me wanted me to get the best shipping value and all of that makes me want to return. The store was extremely tidy. Totally great experience and I can't think of any negative feedback about my experience. I will be back and will recommend this location to my friends and family.”
