“I have never been in a Publix that wasn't neat and tidy, but the customer service I received at this location was above and beyond. David (I believe was his name- I'm horrible with names) in the meat department was so nice!”
“ALDI can be a little hit or miss when you are looking for something specific, and not the place to shop for brand-name items. Having said that, I’ve found their offerings to be solid in terms of quality and this is my go-to store for “grillin’” stuff like buns, un-cured beef or turkey dogs, beef smoked sausage, ground beef patties, condiments (found a dill pickle mustard recently that is pretty awesome) and the like. Easy to shop here as it is smaller than a Publix or Piggly Wiggly, sometimes the checkout line backs up but they usually get folks checked out quickly and the people working here are nice.”
“The plant based meat prices are more reasonable than any other shopping store. Most of the employers greet you with a smile and help you when you can't find an item.”

“I love Aldi! We heard great things before they came here. On our first couple of visits we couldn't figure out the hype. You have to understand that this can't be your only grocery store. The items they have are sometimes brands you have never heard of but all Seem to be great quality and less expensive than most places you will shop!”
“If you are looking for the ingredients to make soul food, this is the place.I'm ashamed to say I bought my roux mix for my gumbo this year at Meat City... No one knew the difference.”

“I live that they care in prices! Its economic and bag your groceries. Also, if needed help to the car. Store doesn't carry clothing, just an atmosphere of what you home goods at a price lower than other box stores. I can appreciate a stocked, polite store. That's missing lately in other stores.”
“I remember when we used to call this store Ricky's that was never the name of it officially but the man who used to own it he name was Ricky.. I also remember the second people who owned it. But I must say the people that own it now have definitely gave the people around here more options and definitely improved the store it looks great.”
“Everyone here is so sweet. I'm always greeted when I walk in the door. The only downside to this store is it's the only grocery store around for at least 15 miles, so their prices are a little more than average, but it's worth going to when you have a store with excellent customer service.”
“This is the only store I will shop at! The prices are amazing. I have never walked in there for something they haven’t had. It is well stocked! Friendly customer service who treat you like family. Even the special touch of Christian music playing while you shop. Great places like this start at the top and the manager cares about his people and it shows. I know where I will keep spending my money and encourage others to do as well.”

“I just found out this supercenter exist..it's in a cute little area in the cut with other restaurants and stores..it's of course the same as other Walmart's but they do have all their self check outs open and a few registers...I love traveling out the way to other stores..I live 5 minutes away from three Walmart's lol so yeah It's a trip..worth taking though..”
“Had the most refreshing experience in this Dollar general. Employee named Jessica went out of her way to check prices on an item I didn't even bring to the register. I asked if she thought the item I was looking at might be included in the sale and she said she wasn't sure and went and got the item and checked the price. Excellent customer service!!!”
“Will tell you the truth I love working at general Dollar store I have came into some of them some nice people playful at times by also at working hard people at times they're enjoyable they're just like we all in this together we get it done together and we live together if one person is out there waiting on their ride we all stay until that person is picked up if someone is out there and one of the cars broke down we wait on each other until somebody come to pick them up or get their car but it is joyful and I really do like it and I like being an employee at general Dollar store so keep the good work up”

“I shop here semi-often because they have some items the other two near me don’t carry. Didn’t know I dropped my wallet at the store and discovered a week later that it was gone. After a frustrating search I finally called the store to see if they may have found it and was so relieved it was there. I’m so grateful they found it! “The deals here are just so amazing. There is always something to look forward to around the next corner and you save a lot by shopping here. I really enjoy stopping by and looking at what there is to get. Everyone is also always so friendly and will help you out if you just ask.”
“The store had everything we needed. The person at the service desk seemed like she didn't want to be there and she made the young lady helping me (who was great) get a manager to check. The manager took a long time to respond and come to find out she was behind the wall in the service desk area.”
“Even though I don't live in Prattville, I make a point to visit this store location every opportunity I have. Very clean, great frozen food selections, many pet food choices, well organized, and friendly, helpful staff. When I was in there last Saturday, one of the employees asked me if I was finding everything okay and to let him know if he could help me. Thank you!”

“If you are lucky enough to get across the busy- non traffic light deemed unnecessary by our elected ones - road, and you are able to drive on the 2 feet of actual parking lot without dropping off into a giant crater, and your oil pan is still intact, then I would strongly suggest you visit the meat department. It's great”
“I have been a customer here since the opening of this location and watched it go downhill steadily. Both service and up keep wise. Now that it has been taken over by a new manager, Chris, for the first time ever, I actually took part in the survey when paying. Chris has made an amazingly quick turnaround in this location as a whole hope he stays around a while.”
