“I saw a listing on Facebook Marketplace from Jeff for an iPad at the center, then decided to come in the store to look at other options. Reko was there and assisted us to find what we needed, was honest with us, and helped us with every question we had! No matter how small! He also did not “salesman hover” while we were looking. It was a very pleasant experience. Reko was extremely helpful and friendly! Great experience overall! The product is great and I am sure I will be back for future purchases!”

“Customer service is alive and well at Sharp Communication. They took care of my two dead batteries by ordering me new ones. I was able to get loaner batteries to use until they come in. They let me salvage a couple of clips for missing ones off old radios as well. The friendly service will keep me coming back. They also take care of our first responders communication needs. I like that. Check them out for all your communication needs.”
“Above and beyond. Most people asked 200-300 dollars, they asked 70. Most people wouldn't touch my phone or have my part, they ordered it BEFORE I even put any money down. They wouldn't let me pay until it worked, I TRIED to prepay. I expected I'd have to come back another day, they said it would be an hour. Everything I want from a cell phone repair store, and then some.”

“My dad died last week and I have been helping my mom get everything sorted. If you've never gone through this experience it is quite grueling, on top of being emotional, since there are just so many things to do you are completely at the mercy of each vendor to close everything out, it can be very very stressful. The rep we spoke to earlier in the week instructed we stop into a store as soon as we got dad's death certificate. So we did. However, this was apparently not the process we were supposed to follow. After helping us get customer service on the line again, Heather, the store manager, hearing how our conversation was going with this second service rep, sat with us and helped walk us through everything. When we hung up for the second time we still didn't have the issue resolved, so she called them again with us. After an hour + in the store, my mom was finally good to go. Now, I've been a Verizon customer since I was 16 years old and I stay with them for their customer service, but don't think I have ever had someone so invested in making sure we had the help we needed. I seriously cannot say thank you enough. The kindness and compassion she showed my mom and I, especially sitting with us through two (in store) calls to customer service, after they told us that they couldn't help, was unparalleled. Thank you, again, Heather.”

“The Apple Store at Bridge Street in Huntsville was worth the drive. With the store being so busy everyone and every issue was handled to perfection. I had the pleasure of a young lady named Sasha helping me and there didn’t seem to be anything she couldn’t handle..she went above and beyond (compared to most places) to resolve my issues. I highly recommend if you have an Apple product and have issues this is definitely where you want to go, no hassle just HELP!”
