“Thought I had a windshield chip in 2 places. Brad came out right away the day after I called. Turns out it was some kind of tree sap and not chips. Weird. But nice he came soon and was honest and no repair was needed. Kevin came the next day and cleared my horribly yellowed headlights on my 13 year old Honda. Could barely see light out of them. “I had to get a bumper cover (surprisingly, it's actually called a "bumper cover", and not "bumper") replaced as part of an insurance claim. After searching online, reading reviews, and calling several body shops, I chose Med Center Collision. Michael, the estimator, gave me a reasonable quote with an OEM part. The next week, Med Center Collision had the part and called me to set a day to drop off the car. Like many body shops, Med Center Collision took care of the insurance paperwork. When I picked up the car, the car was washed and waxed, and so the car looked great. The new part has a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. Also, there's an Enterprise car rental place a mile away that will pick you up and drop you off as well.I found Michael to be a decent down-to-earth person. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a body shop, regardless of whether or not the work is under an insurance claim. The car doesn't even have to be a Mazda either.Service: Body & Trim”

“Very fast work turn around time we dropped off on a Monday for our health-care company and didn't know the issue of our liftgate not working and air not blowing in the bus they called me within 4 hrs of having the bus and notified me of the bus issues and the repair cost and asked to continue and fix the issues after verification of parts and labor cost and had the bus ready for p u the next business day and can't ask for better sales and service from a business.”
