“They are absolutely amazing! They’re priced extremely well, grounds are beautiful and my daughter and I enjoy browsing through and they make you feel so welcome as a true guest should feel. The selection is unbelievable and unbeatable. I have been building my medicinal garden and apothecary and they have so many essential plants that are not commonly found. The absolute best part is how helpful they are. They will bring and hold your plants to the front so you can browse empty handed and comfortable, then they will also share knowledge and caution . I just yesterday bought very young plants, and they very kindly went over some care precautions of not planting these particular ones for a few weeks to ensure weather stability, I had already planned on green housing them until I begin my transplanting but that they take the extra time to make sure your plants are properly handled and survive. And we love George!”

“I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at Home Depot, and it was all thanks to Store Manager Tori and Customer Service Associate Tevan. Their dedication to helping customers went far beyond what anyone would normally expect.

We stopped in looking for a good deal on Ryobi portable fans and batteries. We had seen promotions online and weren't sure if the same deals would be honored in the store. Instead of simply saying there was nothing they could do, Tori took the time to research every available promotion, compare the online pricing, and make sure we received the best value possible. She genuinely cared about making sure the online offers lived up to the in-store experience and worked hard to ensure we didn't miss out on any savings.

“I've visited the north Parkway HD many, many times, but this was my first time to the South Parkway location. I was looking for an obscure, seasonal item, a clerk whose name I didn't catch helped me figure out it was at the opposite end of the store, and I thanked her and said I'd go find it on my way out - still needed something else on this end of the store. So I'm off shopping for what I needed in building supplies and here comes that clerk - who walked all the way to the other end of the store, found the item I'd originally asked her for, and walked all the way back to bring it to me!! WOWSA! That is going above and beyond - I was terribly impressed! I guess the South Parkway location is my new go-to store!”

“I went in with the gift card I got as a gift. Asked for help from a couple employees and they steered me right. Got to the cashier and saw I lost the card. She was very sympathetic. I paid for my items and went back to look for the card. Ran into a different employee that offered assistance and I explained looking fir the card. I leftI got to my truck and heard a guy yelling at me. The lady employee (Adrian) had found it and ran out to get it back to me!!! Great staff.”
