I wanted to specifically address this review to the amazing cashier who was working diligently during those early morning hours.Arriving at the checkout counter, I encountered an unusual situation - I needed assistance in cashing out a DoorDash order. While most employees would have given up or directed me to cancel the order, this cashier went above and beyond to find a solution. Her dedication and conscientiousness stood out from the moment she took on the challenge.Despite not being familiar with the process of cashing out a DoorDash order, she immediately sprang into action. She made a valiant effort, attempting various options on the computer and even reaching out to the support team. When those efforts didn't yield the desired result, she didn't give up. Instead, she took the initiative to call her boss and woke her up from her sleep.I was genuinely impressed by her determination and commitment to ensuring that I left the store satisfied. It's rare to encounter an employee who goes above and beyond the call of duty like this. “This Raceway has the best gas prices in the area. If there is some place less expensive, I haven't found it.
It can get crowded during rush times, but I generally find it easy to access. The pumps are always working and are fast.
The parking lot is well lit, it it isn't super clean. But I imagine most folks are just looking for cheap gas.
Drinks are cool and snacks, if you need any, are fresh.”
“This is the place to come for anything fly fishing related in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area! Chris at the service desk was super helpful getting me set up with a fly line, backing, and a few different flies he personally recommended. He was also super helpful getting my wife’s spin caster set up, through recommending some hooks, weights, and respooling an older spin cast reel we had. Very fair pricing as well. Overall, we had a super positive experience and will most certainly be back. Couldn’t recommend this place more for saltwater fly fishers.”
“Best fuel price between North Pensacola Florida and south west Pensacola. Restroom was out of order but men's restroom was very clean.Customer service was awesome! I had just driven 5hrs without stopping and needed fuel & a restroom. The young guy that helped me was very friendly and helpful. After spending 35yrs in customer service I love to see someone that treats you with kindness and helpfulness. Very sweet man. Cuddo's to you sir!”

“Best deli by far for any gas station/convenience store in the area. Staff are always friendly, very clean restrooms, and a large menu of delicious food! The breakfast items are awesome. I remember when this was the only store on the corner of Beulah and Nine Mile Rd. I still skip the new businesses around (Publix, Circle K, McDonald's, etc.) to go eat at the Tom Thumb. I and others are excited for the Cumberland Farms conversion.”

“My favorite Tom Thumb by far. The Rockstars here give zero blood coagulation, possibly even some thinning. The young girls ready to enjoy it like their mom better be ready for extra pleasure.... Hopefully I don't offend anyone, but I'm rock hard just thinking about it. I even just released a bit of my own lubrication for the experience. The clerk is awesome as well. Her and I will be able to save a few of those jellyfish she had tattooed on her arm when she bends it over for me.... Spic and span might go out of business unless we quit cleaning up the flooy though. Keep them there!!!!”

“So this place is both good and bad. The good is that they have a kitchen in the back which makes home-cooked meals with tables so you can sit down to eat. I love that part.
The bad is the self-checkout. The cashiers are supposed to steer at least 60% of the customers to self-checkout. I HATE using self check-out. If they got rid of that I'd give it a 5, despite the tight parking.”
“I know a lot of people shop at Walgreens for their coupons and rewards. Fred at Store #09917 is the best cashier I have ever seen! So humble, patient, and thoughtful! Couponing tends to stress me out because cashiers and customers can make you feel so rushed that it takes the fun out of the savings. Fred Employee # 251 was a couponers dream come true!!!! And he is a really cool ? human being, who understands the value of a dollar ?
I shopped at the Walgreens at 5995 Mobile Hwy in Pensacola. The cashier, Fred, helped me find the coupons I needed on the app and acquire the most rewards due my purchases. He was very patient and took as much time as I needed to accumulate the savings due my purchases!!!! Such a fantastic employee!!!”

“I love this store. Always clean and friendly staff. My only complaints is that they don’t get fresh donuts , cookies and Blueberry muffins often enough. They are always out of apple fritters and blueberry muffins when I go. They are delicious !! They also need to order more Marlboro special blend red and light cigarettes (hint hint).”
