“This is an exceptional Piggly Wiggly. There are always workers stocking shelves when I go and the store is clean. The Latino section is very well stocked and has a nice selection. The management and staff take pride in their store and it shows.”
“Where do I start? It took me two years to get here, always forgetting they close after lunch. It was so worth the wait. The burgers are huge, fresh and fast. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and hilarious. This is a dying breed of restaurant. True Americana. Note, you can still smoke inside. It was like being back in my hometown spot in the early 90s.”

“Trader Joe's carries nearly everything you need and some of their own brand products are awesome. They have fried macaroni balls you heat up in your oven or air fryer. Yummy!
Pick up a cool bag while you are there. The staff is SUPER friendly at every Trader Joe's.”
“Went looking for fresh donuts and then understanding I had to pay 10% extra and then 10 tax well the point is I did not find fresh donuts so we went looking for bagels in the bread section they was out of much stock so unfortunately half a product did not work for me, otherwise nice store.”

“Publix usually earn a 5 starfrom me, but this one has problems with their produce. Too often I find produce that is severely bruised or moldy. And I've had several cut fruit bowls have a significant portion of the fruit that is not yet fully ripe.
I really like Publix and I'll continue to shop at this one... just not so much for my produce.”

BUT I JUST HAD TO FOR THEM ❤️❤️❤️ 10/10 I went for my first time they are not stingy with they’re food and i just know it’s somebody grandma cooking in that kitchennn this is a real soul food place I highly recommend baby you gone be eating your plate for three dayssss everything was 10/10”

I expected to see more African American vendors like in my young years. I was surprised to see more Hispanics and everything appears to be shipped or packaged from somewhere else. “Clean, nice, friendly location in Hoover. I love to shop there but it's way too expensive. Price gouging on several products like coffee. It's actually ridiculous. I feel Publix Corporate office should revisit some of their pricing.”

“Good selection of products, and stored seemed to be kept clean. This store has self checkouts. Bought a pack of expired fruit gummies that I did not realize were expired until I got home. Buying an expired product is not a unique experience to this specific Publix for me, though.”

As i have watched our stores dwindle into empty buildings over the years it is so awesome to see how they are now being revitalized. So, I would like to ask anyone reading this, if you like thrift stores, flea markets, even some upper scale vintage - to antique fashion, clothing, and of course antiques, and food by Baker's Pizza, Wings +, NewChina. Please visit the Bluff Park Plaza, bring the family,... Down home, down the street.
Piggly Wiggly has a fresh salad bar along with the same deli foods you expect. The recipes are kept the same from store to store Yay .
The beer and wine selection has always been top notch with a wine steward and discounts on wine when you purchase it by the case.”
