“I love Ross period, I like going to see different Rosses and comparing what they have that others don't have and it's always different especially in different demographic areas. This Ross had a lot of nice things that the Ross back home doesn't have even the set up was different. I went for my father to find him a shirt and it was very limited on long sleeve dress/casual like shirts.”

“There are Marshall and TJMaxx nearby, and compared to those stores, the clothing and other brand values here might be lower. However, the prices are unbeatable for the value. The store isn’t well-organized, so you need to take your time to find good items. Personally, I like their imported groceries (like sesame seeds, ginger powder, pho ingredients), so I drop by occasionally.”

“I shop here semi-often because they have some items the other two near me don’t carry. Didn’t know I dropped my wallet at the store and discovered a week later that it was gone. After a frustrating search I finally called the store to see if they may have found it and was so relieved it was there. I’m so grateful they found it! Everything was intact so I also appreciate the honesty of the associates. Nervous breakdown averted. Thank you!!”

“We had to make a last minute stop here before camping trip because we didn't have enough room in our car for everything we had to take. I bought a rack last minute, and my car was already full so I couldn't even drive it home. Marquarius Grant assembled the entire thing for me, but what is more is that he was so friendly and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience. He made it seem like this is the way he treats every customer, and I actually believe that he does! He was so friendly and helpful, and he deserves a raise! 10/10 customer service”
“My review is for a cashier by the name of Michelle (or Melissa). I'm going to go back and get her name. She has long braids that are black and like a reddish fuschia color. Anyway, I go to this Walmart alot and always go to self checkouts. On two separate occasions, I was misinformed by a cashier who told me the checkout was cash and card and when trying to put cash in it wont accept it because it's card only. Most other supervisors tell me to go to another checkout and start over resulting in having to wait for the money to come back on my card. Two times in the past two weeks this same young lady was able to take me to another register and make the transaction happen and yesterday evening around 6 I was so impressed that I told her I was going to write a review for her. In a company filled with rude cashier's who treat you like you ought to be glad to be waited on, this young lady was a breath of fresh air.”

“Excellent customer service. I visited the women's perfume counter and was immediately greeted by Regina. She was a tremendous help! Took into account my likes, gave me reccomendations and helped me find the perfect scent for Valentines Day. Overall, just a really pleasant experience! And Regina's knowledge and patience put it over the top! And yes, I will be a repeat customer!”
