“Ian was excellent! I have bought several phones here through the years and always buy an Otterbox case for it too. After two years I finally broke an Otterbox case. I went to Walmart. None in stock for my phone. So I went by Verizon to see if they had one. They did not but Ian was going to order one for me until he realized I was replacing a broken one. He then clued me in on the Otterbox lifetime warranty. Ian even printed my receipt from two years ago. I ordered my replacement case for just $10 shipping, getting herein two days. “Both Derrek and Dalton were absolutely wonderful to work with when getting the Gateway Internet box as well as setting up the new pixel phone and getting a new phone number. They explained everything well enough for me to comprehend. And normally I don't get that, things usually get left out and there's always extra fees that I end up having to deal with later. Derrek was very good at explaining everything and didn't leave out anything. Dalton was very helpful to explain the new phone to me because I was hesitant in getting a new phone when my old phone is in great condition after 5 years. I don't like to switch unless I have to. However they both were quick to answer questions and made me feel more comfortable switching. I feel better about it and am excited to play with my new phone.

“Went to AT&T Hampton Cove to add a line & activate a phone. Both of those tasks were completed very quickly. Then the employee helping me told me that I could save a substantial $ amount monthly by tying my autopayment to my bank account instead of a credit card.
Got the line/phone added, found enough discounts to pay for the new line completely, AND got a Chick-fil-A peach milkshake in one trip. Hard to beat.”
